National stage of the online Olympiad “Solar Regatta” has been completed

On June 10, the online olympiad stage of “Solar Regatta” was been held.  18 teams of 5-11 grades schoolchildren from different cities of Russia took part in the Olympiad. The program of the Olympiad included three competition stages: a quiz, a brain-ring and a captain’s competition.

The quiz included 15 topics in the fields of renewable energy, maritime shipping, geography and even biology. In the “Brain-Ring” competition, the questions were formed by the teams themselves, so, the guys had the opportunity to demonstrate not only the ability to answer, but also to formulate questions. The next MARINET open meeting will be held in Moscow on March 24

The next MARINET open meeting will be held in Moscow on March 24, 2020 in Agency for Strategic Initiatives: Maly Konyushkovskiy Pereulok 2. The meeting will take place from 10:00 till 12:30, right after that we will continue with the conference on electric ships design and building, means for their development support by MARINET. The next MARINET meeting will be held in St. Petersburg on September 19

The next MARINET open meeting will be held in St. Petersburg on September 19, 2019. Despite the active participation of representatives of the Russian marine capital in the MARINET, this kind of meeting-conference will be held in St. Petersburg for the first time. Also, for the first time, a new leader of the MARINET, Victor Olersky, will speak with a program of priority actions.

The meeting agenda includes MARINET work results and priority tasks, new projects and initiatives, as well as opportunities for participation and support of projects of regional companies, research centers and universities.

The meeting will take place on September 19, 2019 at 12:00 at the St. Petersburg State Marine Technical University: Lotsmankaya Street, 3. All interested developers, manufacturers and consumers of high-tech solutions for the marine industry are invited to participate. (more…)

MARINET is developing cooperation with Norwegian partners

The two-day Russian-Norwegian seminar on the development of cooperation in the field of civil shipbuilding, which was attended by representatives of more than 30 companies and organizations of the two countries, was hold on May 28-29, 2019 in Alesund (Norway). The main topics of the seminar were cooperation in the field of localization of solutions of Norwegian companies in Russia and cooperation in the field of innovation and high-tech solutions within the MARINET platform.

MARINET Meeting in P.P. Shirshov Institute of Oceanology of the RAS on April 25

13th International Navigation Forum in Moscow Expo on 23-24 of April

MARINET at the VI International Forum “Arctic Projects – Today and Tomorrow”

MARINET will participate in the in VI International Forum “Arctic Projects – Today and Tomorrow” held on October 18-19  in the city of Arkhangelsk.

MARINET participants will present own projects on October 18, and on October 19 the round table “Intercluster and interregional cooperation within the framework of MARINET” will be organized. During the round table, representatives of the MARINET, the Government of the Arkhangelsk Region, the regional shipbuilding cluster and regional enterprises will discuss the opportunities provided by MARINET for the regional shipbuilding development.

Within the thematic sessions of the forum, the results of several MARINET projects will be presented: MPAC-3D (Marine Innovations) – “New opportunities for the exploration of the seabed and engineering surveys”, (more…)

Join us at the MARINET Conference at SMM 2018, Hamburg

MARINET Conference at the International Far Eastern Maritime Show

On July 28, 2018 in Vladivistok (Russky Island) MARINET is hosting the International Conference within the International Far Eastern Maritime Show. The conference is dedicated to the international cooperation and promotion of high technologies for the maritime industry, development of links between high tech companies, scientific and educational centers of Asia Pacific region as well as other countries.

The conference will be open at 10:00 in the Morskoy ConferenceRoom (the building B of the International Far Eastern Maritime Show). Registration is open from 9:00.
