Пилотный проект автономного судовождения на судах коммерческого флота

Autonomous and Remote Navigation Trial Project (ARNTP) is implemented as a part of the “MARINET” roadmap of the National Technology Initiative with support by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, with the involvement of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.

The strategic aim of the project is the establishment of technical and legal conditions for the wide maritime autonomous surface ships (MASS) operation by shipping companies under the flag of Russian Federation from 2021 January and in any other country which will be ready to follow our approach.

Создание пилотной зоны е-Навигации и технических средств е-Навигации

e-Navigation concept is developed by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) to improve shipping through better organization of data on ships and on shore, and better data exchange and communication between ships and the ship and shore.

The project contributes to the development of software and equipment for implementation of the e-Navigation concept as well as development of commercial products for e-Navigation which are based on the solutions developed under the given project.

In alignment to the transport policy of our country, as well as the solution of existing contemporary problems of shipbuilding industry in General (the lack of a competitive Navy, high age threshold in operation of marine transport vessels, high threshold of moral and physical deterioration of enterprises, obsolete technical and design decisions, the lack of domestic capacities to meet the demand in heavy-tonnage vessel, etc.) JSC “R.E. Морская многофункциональная беспилотная платформа

The platform is a composite autonomous vessel intended for the collection and transmission of information. It is driven by wind power through the installation of a rigid sail-wing, as well as for accurate positioning will be equipped with azipod systems with brushless electric motors. The installation of solar panels and wind generators for charging the batteries and supplying the “azipod” system is envisaged in order to stabilize and position the drone on the water surface. RDC Aqualines. Современный скоростной флот

The overall goal of the project is to increase the speed of sea transportation in principle. Options for solving this problem are ekranoplans and hydrofoil vessels.

The result of the project (product) should be the development of a basic technical appearance (platform), as well as the technical and operational design, production of a specific vehicle – the multipurpose marine ekranoplan EP-15 (length 16.5 m, displacement 5.5 tons, capacity 15 people) and putting it into operation.

The purpose of the vehicle is cargo and passenger transportation at the speed of up to 200 km/h on the route lines of 50 – 300 km, with a 3 points wave. Herewith, the ekranoplan has no need for airport infrastructure and certification procedures related to aviation.

Открытая платформа для разработки технологий безэкипажного судовождения методом компьютерного моделирования в виртуальной среде

The project creates an open-code platform for the safe and efficient validation of unmanned navigation systems. The solution integrates a lot of different simulation models and is the first to offer a full-scale model of an autonomous ship. This model will include:

– ship navigation model;

– 3d ship & environment visualization model;

Морской мобильный комплекс для гидроразрыва пласта

Mobile marine system for hydraulic fracturing – a set of technological equipment for marine applications, providing for enhancement and acid fracturing, offshore oil and gas fields, including on the Arctic shelf.

The complex is an innovative design which has no analogues in the Russian Federation.

Its technical characteristics is not inferior to foreign analogues, which are operated by service companies Baker Hughes, Halliburton (USA) and Schlumberger (USA – France). (more…)

Многофункциональный гидроакустический сканер (МГС)

The project is intended for implementing of the roadmap towards the development of the advanced underwater robotics used for the inspection of hydro technical facilities (HTF) and emergency risk assessment.

NPP “Fort XXI” proposes an innovative multifunctional hardware and software complex providing a comprehensive assessment of the technical condition of HTF underwater constructions for the safety declaration. The complex provides rapid high-resolution control of the underwater dam parts.

MHS implements the original technology of hydroacoustic surveying using the special vessel moving near the surveyed surface along the cable support. It allows to achieve the required detail at the investigation of deep-seated hydraulic structures (more than 40-50 m). (more…)
